Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Podcast HQ website (podcasthq.com), booking a studio session, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, visitors, users, and others who access or use Podcast HQ services, whether in-person, online, or via any affiliated platform.

Podcast HQ provides professional podcast recording, video production, audio editing, audiobook recording, and related creative services at our South Florida studio locations. Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Specific inclusions and deliverables for each service are outlined in the relevant package descriptions on our website or in a separate written agreement where applicable.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is due at the time of the session. Prices are subject to change without notice and the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

Deposits may be transferred to a future session if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session forfeit the deposit. No-shows forfeit the full deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, or other operational issues. In such cases, a full credit or refund will be issued.

All content recorded during your session remains the intellectual property of the client. Podcast HQ does not claim ownership over your creative content.

By booking a session, you grant Podcast HQ a limited, non-exclusive right to use non-identifying session footage or imagery for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing prior to or at the time of your session.

Podcast HQ's brand, logo, website content, and original materials are protected by copyright and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Clients are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times while on Podcast HQ premises or interacting with our team. Podcast HQ reserves the right to terminate any session and deny future services to any client who:

- Engages in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward staff or other clients - Causes damage to studio equipment, furniture, or property - Refuses to comply with reasonable studio policies or staff instructions - Attempts to record staff without consent - Engages in any illegal activity on the premises

No refund will be issued in the event of session termination due to client misconduct.

Podcast HQ provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for professional quality in all deliverables, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, audience growth, or business results from content produced at our studios.

Podcast HQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, loss of files, technical failures, or delays in delivery outside our reasonable control.

Clients assume responsibility for their content and its compliance with applicable laws, including copyright, defamation, and privacy laws. Podcast HQ is not responsible for content recorded by clients.

Raw and edited files are delivered digitally via our standard delivery methods within the timeframes outlined in your package. Podcast HQ stores client files for a limited period — we recommend downloading and backing up all content upon delivery.

Podcast HQ takes reasonable steps to protect file security and privacy but cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of data loss due to technical failure, liability is limited to re-recording the session at no additional charge where feasible.

Your use of Podcast HQ's website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Contact information may be used to communicate about bookings, promotions, and relevant updates. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Podcast HQ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
