Standard Sessions include professional audio + 4K video recording, studio lighting, on-site engineer support, and raw file delivery. All-Inclusive Sessions include everything in Standard, plus professional post-production editing, mastered audio, color-corrected long-form video, and optional short-form content. All-Inclusive is ideal for creators who want a complete, turnkey production experience.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable. Rescheduling is permitted with at least 48 hours' notice. We recommend planning accordingly, as studio time is reserved exclusively for you.

Yes. Every session includes a professional audio engineer who manages recording levels, camera angles, and technical oversight throughout your production.

Standard editing turnaround is 5–7 business days. 24-hour and 48-hour rush delivery options are available for creators on tight timelines and can be added at booking.

Yes. We provide launch consulting and guidance on publishing to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other major platforms. Distribution services may be included in certain packages or added to your session.

The Independent Studio Build Program is a done-for-you service where we design, equip, and launch your own podcast studio — under your brand, in your market. This includes studio design, equipment selection, installation, CRM integration, team training, and launch support. Ideal for entrepreneurs, real estate developers, co-working facilities, and media companies.

The Studio Partner Program is a selective opportunity to operate a Podcast HQ-branded location in your market. Partners receive full brand access, operational systems, revenue share structure, marketing support, and ongoing guidance from the PHQ team. We are currently prioritizing Florida and select high-demand regions.
