Prospect and qualify new businesses, podcasters and creators across South Florida and beyond
Understand each client’s needs and match them to the right PHQ services
Guide prospects through pricing, packages and the booking process
Maintain a self-directed pipeline and follow up consistently
Nurture recurring accounts to support residual commission eligibility
Represent the Podcast HQ brand professionally in person and online
Coordinate with the PHQ production team on client handoffs
Track activity and sales for commission eligibility

How Compensation Works
Commission Structure
Earn 10%–30% commission on eligible paid sales, depending on the service and agreement.
- • Commissions are earned when eligible sales are completed and paid.
- • Commission rate varies by product mix and written plan.
- • No base salary, hourly wage or guaranteed earnings.
Residual Commissions
Eligible recurring accounts may earn residual commissions for as long as the account remains active and in good standing.
- • Residual eligibility depends on the written commission plan.
- • Affected by refunds, cancellations, nonpayment or chargebacks.
- • Requires active status and continued client retention.
Transparency: Representatives are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, expenses and business costs. Commissions are calculated on eligible collected revenue. Refunds, cancellations, nonpayment and chargebacks may reduce or eliminate commission eligibility on affected transactions, as defined in the written PHQ commission plan.

You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance and business expenses.
No salary, hourly wage, benefits or guaranteed earnings are provided.
No guaranteed leads are provided — you build your own pipeline.

Refunds, cancellations, nonpayment and chargebacks may affect commission eligibility.
